Chang Cheng Building Materials Mfg., Inc., was established in November 2002, being the first company to manufactured, assembler/fabricator on product high quality. Offering to the “High-Quality Products, Sincere Service” Unity, Innovation Professionalism, Dedication, and spirit of enterprise. Our products are nice looking, colorful, energy saving, good performance. Meeting needs of different customers. We provide U-PVC Windows and Doors as customers design introduced in Cebu, Philippines market.
Chang Cheng Bldg. Materials Mfg., Inc. is known for 19 years of excellent service with almost 3,800 projects, hand in hand we look forward to continuing our founder’s goal.
Our Product
Our Products made of imported PVC-U profile with locked-in steel reinforcement that ensures superior structural strength, with unique advantages in good air tightness, water & heat resistance, rust-proof, and elegant appearance. Excellent Energy-saving
Our raw materials used for fabrication/production and accessories are from (Chinese Top Brand or Germany Brand), which conformed to Chinese Standard from our leading partner in China. Certificate of Conformity of Quality Management System Certification. CONCH (GB/T24001-2004 IDT ISO14001:2004. GB/T19001-2000 IDT ISO9001:2000 Standard. Certificate for Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection.
